Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the receipt of the product, without the need to provide a reason. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@spark-footwear.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the items are defective or the wrong shipment was sent. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the product, and are issued back to the original payment method. Items returned in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.
